Welcome to Goyl. By accessing or using goyl.gg ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

Goyl is a digital marketplace for purchasing digital products including but not limited to gift cards, game credits, software licenses, digital top-ups, and subscription codes. All products sold on the Platform are digital and delivered electronically.

2. Account Registration

To make a purchase, you must create an account. You may register using your email address or through a supported third-party provider (Google, Facebook, or TikTok). You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

3. Orders and Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, your digital product (code, voucher, top-up, or credit) will be delivered to your account and/or email. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases.

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of purchase is the price you pay.

4. Wallet and Rewards

Your Goyl wallet can be used to store funds for future purchases. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Reward points and referral bonuses are subject to their own terms and may expire.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or networks
• Resell purchased digital products in violation of the product publisher's terms
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or purchase
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or payment chargebacks

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Goyl or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services for authentication (Google, Facebook, TikTok), payment processing, and product fulfillment. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question
• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party product publishers or payment providers

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact support@goyl.gg first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concern. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
