Refund Policy

At Goyl, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Because we sell digital products that are delivered instantly, our refund policy reflects the nature of these products.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You received a defective, invalid, or non-functional code or digital product
• The product was not delivered to your account within 24 hours of purchase
• You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error
• The product received does not match what was described at the time of purchase

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

• The digital product has been redeemed, activated, or used
• You changed your mind after a successful purchase and delivery
• The issue is caused by your own account, device, or region restrictions
• The product was purchased in violation of our Terms of Service
• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Go to your Account and navigate to your Order History
2. Select the order in question and submit a refund request with a description of the issue
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours

Alternatively, you can email us at support@goyl.gg with your order number and a description of the problem.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your Goyl wallet balance or to the original payment method, depending on the circumstances and payment provider. Wallet refunds are typically instant. Payment method refunds may take 5 to 14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if only part of your order was affected.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first so we can resolve the issue directly.
